My name is a Jim Rubel and I’m mainly a musician these days. I play bass guitar and sing professionally for many weddings and corporate events. You might catch me at Disneyland where I often play with several bands such as: Tomasina, Reunion and Stellar.

Recently I’ve had a whole truckload of health issues I really wasn’t expecting. I’ve had my appendix removed in November of 2008. Then I had a tumor in my colon the size of a ping-pong ball removed along with 1/3 of my colon. Turns out I had something unpleasant called intussusception as well which is why such a large chunk of the colon had to be removed. After this I suffered for over a month with a kidney stone that I wasn’t sure what it was. And last but not least I had a hernia operation that hurt more than any of the other problems. Big fun.

Anyway, so I’ve gotten interested in health and have been learning many new things. One of the main things I’ve been learning about is that our tap water SUCKS! Who knows how much harm it will cause us in coming years. So I post my opinions and articles I find on that.

I also got into juicing and started a juicer review website called JuiceBaby.com.

I realize this site may be a bit random because it is covering 3 subjects.  However, I’d rather just ramble here then have 3 separate blogs to keep track of.  So  I will make comments about bass things and water or health thoughts I come up with here.
